Should you need to return a product, you will have to self-ship it back to us. Please repack the product securely to avoid any loss or damage in transit. You are requested to include the original invoice along-with product tags and packaging. Please fill up the returns form that was sent with the order or download and print one at this link. Download Returns Form. Please include the filled up Returns form in the package. We recommend you use a reliable courier service. We will reimburse you with Rs . 70 (Rs. 40 in case of same city orders) to cover your cost of return shipping. The reimbursement of return shipping charges will be in the form of Coupons which can be redeemed at the time of your next purchase on Fashiontrug.com.
You are welcome to try on the product but we request you to preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. Once we receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product and will either refund your money or exchange it with any other product/size as per the information filled by you in the returns form. If the returned product seems used or lacks original tags etc, we shall return it back to you.
If you requested for refund in the returns form, the same will be issued to you through your original mode of payment in case of online payments. In case of COD payments refund will be deposited to your bank account via NEFT in 10 Days . Please be sure to provide your bank details in returns form.
If you requested to exchange original item with another item/size in returns form, the replacement item will be shipped to you. Please be sure to mention SKU and Size of the new item.
